In the King of Fighters series, Billy has actually had three generations of voice actors, but the well-known Billy voice actor should still be Shanxi Dun, who was assigned to the Extreme Impact series from 1997. The audio of 03 and 13 Billy voice actor せいじろう can actually be added, but I was worried that it would be a little confusing, so Billy's mod only used his audio material.
Personally, I can only say that the performance of the new voice actors in 15 is unsatisfactory, but it is indeed a bit more impressive than 14 (it feels like most people's dubbing in 15 is slightly better than 14).
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
