❓ What is HenryWho?

HenryWho is a character customization mod that lets you escape the limitations of Henry's default appearance. Instead of using the same face and body every playthrough, you can mix and match options to make him feel like a completely different character.

📥 Installation Guide

• Download and unzip the module file
• Go to your "Kingdom Come Deliverance 2" game directory and find or create the "Mods" folder
• Drag the "henry_who" folder into the "Mods" folder. If you do not use a mod loader, please add "henry_who" to the "mod_order.txt" file.
• Extract the "henry_who.py" script and "bodyparts.xml" file to any location, making sure they are in the same directory as the script needs "bodyparts.xml" to populate the drop-down menu

**Note**: Since the author does not use a mod manager, no relevant testing has been conducted. If you encounter problems, follow the steps above to install manually.

🔧 Compatibility

• **Compatible** with most mods unless they modify the *appearance_unique.xml* file
• **New content can be added to 'CharacterComponents.xml'** and used in scripts
• **If something goes wrong**, try putting HenryWho** above any model replacement mods in the load order**

⚠️ Known issues

• **The camera occasionally penetrates the character's head**, usually only for a second or less
• **Not all heads and bodies are compatible**, most will work fine but some combinations may not work
• **The character does not make the same facial animation as Henry when drunk**
• **If Henry's hairstyle was changed through the barbershop**, this tool cannot change your hairstyle as it only modifies Henry's default hairstyle
• **Pre-rendered cutscenes in the game** will always show Henry as they are basically video files
