🎮 Instructions for use
**How to obtain** 🔧
- All equipment can only be obtained through console commands
- The author recommends that these equipment are only used by the protagonist Henry
- If you want "immersive" acquisition, you can go to Kutenberg Blacksmith Shop, generate items and pay the corresponding amount
**Foot Guard Features** 👞
- Foot protection independent of any armor
- Can be used as a shoe or paired with any leg armor that does not take up foot slots
- Automatically matches the color, condition and dirtiness of the leg armor you're wearing
- The strongest shoes in the game!
**Helmet Wearing Tips** 💡
- Most helmets are designed to be worn with a collar (similar to Von Olitz style)
- To show the collar, a padded hood is **must** be used
- The Nuremberg helmet now shows the leather lining when the visor is open to fill the gap with the collar

💬 Author's words
This is the first mod I've released, mainly to share the gear I use myself. I enjoyed making it and if you have any cool ideas I'll probably add them to the mod in the future!
Feel free to leave suggestions and constructive criticism, I will take all feedback seriously.

**Installation Method**: Just drag and drop the files into your Mods folder!
NOTE: Enable developer mode for full functionality: right click on KCD2 in Steam, select properties, paste "-devmode" in launch options
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
