Just Cause 3 - New game plus
🎮 **Want to start the adventure all over again with all your reserves of firepower? This mod makes your dreams come true! **
✨ Module Introduction
Are you eager to experience the craziness and freedom of Just Cause 3 again, but are tired of collecting all the upgrades and weapons from scratch? This modified save file is just for you! It allows you to start directly after **liberating Manaya** in the game story, but **all upgrades, vehicles, weapons and DLC items are already unlocked for you**. This is equivalent to realizing the "New Game+" mode for "Just Cause 3" that has never been officially provided!
---
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE
- **Must own all DLC** for proper use, as archives are set to unlock all content, including DLC items.

📥 Installation Guide
**Step one: Back up your save! **
Before proceeding, please be sure to back up your original archive files.
Save location: `Documents/Square Enix/Just cause 3/saves/`
Here you will see two folders, one named `"0"` and the other is a string of numbers (for example `"76561198224396584"`). **Please copy this digital folder to a safe place** in case you want to keep an old save or something goes wrong.
**Step 2: Selectively replace files**
- **Want to keep your game settings? **(such as graphics, sensitivity)
Just copy all the files except the settings file from my folder and keep the settings file in your own digital folder.
- **Want to unlock all upgrades only? **
Super easy! Just copy the "upgrades" file from my folder into your digital folder and you're done.
**Step 3: Apply Archive**
After backing up your archive folder, delete **all files** within your digital folder. Then, copy and paste all the files inside my folder (or just the `upgrades` file, if you just want to unlock upgrades) into your own digital folder (same path as above). **Remember not to change the numerical names of your own folders. **
**Finish! ** Now you can restart the game with all the firepower you accumulated earlier!
---
📝 Notes
- **The upgrade screen may still appear "locked"**, but this is just a display issue. You can still activate all upgrades and they will appear and work normally.
- You still need to complete the first "Sky Fortress" mission to get the Bavaria suit.
- Everything else works fine!
**Want to restore old saves? ** Simply delete or replace the files in the digital folder and put your backed up files back.

*edit:*
I just wanted to add a quick note and thank you to everyone who downloaded this archive and pushed it past 1000 downloads. It's great to know that there are still so many people playing this wonderful game. I hope you all have a great time! 😊
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
