调整——自定义标记、信息HUD等
About this mod Machine translation
🌍 Map adjustment - custom markers, information HUD, etc.
The map and HUD of "Human Host" have been overhauled. Tired of every marker showing the same white flag that says "Target 7"? The mod adds 105 marker icons x any color (16 swatches plus full color picker), marker renaming, click-to-jump marker lists, and a fully customizable on-screen information HUD - all controlled from the in-game panel. Everything is optional. Additional features are turned off by default - only enable what you want, no need to edit configuration files.
✨ What it does
Marker Styles – 105 icons, scrollable grid, 16 preset colors, and a Photoshop-style color picker applied from a palette on the world map
Renamed logo - "Base" instead of "Target 12"
Marker list - all markers with distance, click on a name to jump to the map
Compass Stick Control - Choose whether to appear on the top compass stick based on the marker
Cursor information - hover the map to view coordinates + distance
Information interface display - biome, coordinates, day, weather, group countdown, night timer, real clock, backpack space, ammunition, production progress - each has its own toggle switch
In-game settings tag - all content takes effect immediately and is saved

🏷️ Marker style
Open the world map (TAB) - the MapTweaks panel is on the right. In the Style tab, choose an icon and a color; every mark you place from then on adopts this style. Need more than 16 fabric colors? Click on the custom color block and use the Photoshop-style selector - saturation/light and dark squares, hue bar and hex code field (#FFD24A). The castle represents the base and the skull represents the danger zone - each mark is visible at a glance.
Restyle an existing marker - hover over the map and press R (rebindable)
Rename - Hover your mouse over the marker and its name will fill in the rename box, enter a new name and press Enter. The new name will appear immediately on the compass bar
Styles are stored based on the save game and automatically restored when loading - each world has its own style
⭐ Marker list and map jump
The Markers tab lists all the markers you've placed - icon, name and real-time distance, sorted by nearest. Click on a name and the map will be centered on that name. Compass Stick Control: Compass stick turned into a wall of icons? Each row has a checkbox - when unchecked, the marker leaves the compass bar but is always visible on the map. New markup will follow the global switch on the Styles tab. There is also a "Clear All Marks" button (with confirmation).
🖱️ Map cursor information
Hover your mouse anywhere on the world map: a small label will appear behind the cursor showing the coordinates and distance to that point - works fine at any zoom level.
✨Information HUD
A clean, shaded text overlay (top right corner by default, any corner in settings). Enabled by default:
Current biome - community name (Canyon, Rainforest, Snow...) or internal name, your choice
Your coordinates - the same values shown on the world map
Off by default - open in the Settings tab:
Day counter - N days without opening the map
Current weather
Zombie countdown - which night will the zombie army arrive, and how many days are left (including tonight!)
Nightfall/Sunrise Countdown (real minutes) - "11 minutes of nightfall" refers to 11 minutes, including custom world time settings
real world clock
Backpack Space - Number of used/total slots, updated on pickup (Extended Backpack Compatible)
Firearms information - weapon name, number of magazines, and total spare ammunition of the same caliber in the backpack + belt
Crafting progress - every running task on all workbenches: items, remaining quantity, remaining time - is tracked while you are away
⚙️ In-game settings
The Settings tab controls everything in real time: every HUD line, biome name style, HUD corners, font size and UI scaling (automatically matches resolution, supports 4K - or sets manuall …
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
