About this mod Machine translation

========================================

SICKLE, a human host module developed by Calo ======================================== A craftable scythe that can collect plant fibers without digging into the terrain - a specialized collection tool. It swings from a normal standing position to land, so you don't need to crouch or aim to collect it. Crafted in the third tab of the Anvil Workbench (along with other tools and melee weapons).

make

(Anvil Workbench -> Third tab page) 8 steel ingots, 40 scrap iron, 8 glue, 10 logs

Working principle

Swing it across the grass to collect plant fibers - each swing clears grass beneath your feet from a standing position. It is purely a collection tool. Can be used as a melee weapon in emergencies.

Features

The base durability is 500, and the wear is gentle with each swing, so the collection will not burn out quickly.

Configuration

(BepInEx/config/humanhost.sickle.cfg, created on first run) [Universal] Enables the (real) master switch to control sickle behavior [Universal] Durability Peruse (-0.5) Durability consumed per swing; 0 = never worn [Harvest] Grass Remove Radius (5) Number of grass cells cut per slash (more = more fiber) [Harvest] Reach Distance (2.5) How far a slash can cover ground grass [Harvest] Forward Offset (0.6) Distance ahead of center of ground sweep [Harvest] Durability Cost (True) Spend durability on mowing (False = Free)

Require

Human Host BepInEx 5.x (mono) installation: Place Sickle.dll into <Human Host>/BepInEx/plugins/ and start it. The mod has been successfully tested to work with the Human Host Mod Manager (HHMM).

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
