This is a quality of life mod designed for human hosts. Go home with a full backpack, stand in the base, press Z - everything will fly into the correct storage bin. Label boxes from the menu ("ammo", "food", "health"...or specific item names), lock slots you never want to be touched, and use food, water and bandages directly from the hotbar. Terraria-style rapid stacking, built specifically for human hosts.
✨ What it does
Press the Z key - backpack items will be automatically hidden in nearby player storage boxes
Label chests in menu - select item category or exact item name, in any of the 14 in-game languages
Lock slots in backpacks and storage boxes - locked items cannot be touched by any automatic actions
Automatically sort backpacks and containers every time you open them (hotbar is never passive)
Use consumables on the shortcut bar - press the number keys to eat/drink/bandage directly
Cage label text automatically fits the cage surface - long labels shrink wrap instead of overflowing
14 languages, automatically follows your game language
Quick stacking - press Z and everything will find its home
Stand anywhere on the base and press Z (configurable). This mod will check the storage cells of all players within range (default is 20 meters) and fill them first, first: Label the chest - only accept those items if the chest label contains item type words (such as firearms, ammo, food) or specific item names. An empty marked chest can still accept items - build a new storage room and fill it with just a click of a button. Unlabeled Chest - Receives items that match items it already has (game's own auto-storage logic, can be turned off). Multiple cages with the same label? When the nearest door is full, the rest overflow in order of distance. Items on your hotbar and equipment can never be taken away.
️ Category menu
Open a storage box and click the category button in the upper left corner:
Type Tags - All item categories in the game (Firearms, Ammo, Medical, Building Materials...). Click to add the box label and click again to remove it
Item Labeling – Label boxes with exact item names for easier sorting. Powered by search, so you can find anything quickly
Cross-Language - Tags work in all 14 game languages. Searching for "Ammo" in any language will match; switch the game language and the old tag will still work
Hand labeling (the naming of chests in the game) is exactly the same - it's just that the menu is faster
Word lists are collected while the game is running - when developers add new items, they are supported automatically, without the need for mod updates.
slot machine locked
Right-click on an item in your backpack or storage box →Lock. A red mark will appear on the slot.
Locked slots are immune to all automatic operations: auto-sorting, quick stacking, auto-storage, full search (R) and shift-click quick movement
Manual dragging still works - the lock will follow the movement of the item, even between the backpack and the storage box
After using up or removing items, → the slot is automatically unlocked
Each save saves the lock - different worlds won't see each other's locks
Securing your best rifle, repair kit and emergency meds - then press Z and pack the rest away without hesitation.
Quick use of shortcut bar
In vanilla, pressing the hotbar number on food or bandages did nothing. In this mod, press the number keys to directly use items - eat food, drink water, bandage. Used exactly the same as right click →, just one key. Weapons and tools are unaffected - they will be placed in your hands as usual. There are three separate switches in the configuration: food, water, and medical.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
