🎮 **A mod that allows you to freely choose your favorite equipment! **

While there is already a mod that can unlock **all** gear (called Unlock All Gear), what if you only want to unlock a few specific items? 🤔 That’s exactly what this mod does! It unlocks specific equipment items (gloves, glasses, hats, scarves, robes, clothing, or wand handles), allowing you to transmogrify the equipment you're currently wearing into those items without having to search for them in the game.

✨ Core Functions

By editing the `Engine.ini` configuration file, you can specify the name of the equipment you want to unlock. Up to nine items can be unlocked at one time. These unlocks will be saved to your next save file, so you can continue to unlock more!

📥 Installation Guide

It is recommended to follow the steps below to install manually. You can also try using Vortex to auto-install (then skip directly to step 4 below), but please note that Vortex may be unstable when dealing with Hogwarts Legacy mods (and sometimes fails to remove mods correctly).

• **Download the module**.
• **Unzip the file**.
• **Move files**: Move the `.utoc`, `.ucas` and `.pak` files to the `Steam\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods\` folder.
• **Install pre-module**: If you haven’t installed it yet, please install Blueprint Apparate Modloader first.
• **Start Game**: Start "Hogwarts Legacy".
• **LOAD SAVE**: Load your most recent save file.
• **Open Modloader**: Press the `F8` key to activate the Blueprint Apparate Modloader.
• **Input command**: Enter `UnlockSpecificGear` in the small window and press the `Enter` key.
• **Confirm Activation**: The word `UnlockSpecificGear` should disappear and then reappear at the bottom of the window with an `X` next to it. If it's stuck on the top line, then either a) you put the file in the wrong folder, or b) one of your existing mods is already occupying pakchunk 1037. You can use my PakChunk Checker to check. If a conflict exists, see the **Conflicts** section below.
• **Close Window**: Press the `F8` key again to close the mod loader window.

**Note**: The above process only needs to be performed once. After that, the module will automatically take effect.

⚙️ How to specify items to unlock

Add the following to your `C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini` file and edit `GearItems` as needed. You can specify up to nine equipment items. I've added two examples: `Head_064` (astronomer hat) and `Back_077` (Kelpie robe). The full list of available equipment item names is below.

If you want to disable the mod, just change `Unlock=True` to `Unlock=False`. But please note: **If you save the game after unlocking a piece of gear, even if you disable this mod, that piece of gear will still be unlocked when you load the save. **

🗑️ How to uninstall

**Method 1**: If you installed it via Vortex, disable or uninstall it via Vortex. **But be sure to check the `~mods` folder afterwards to make sure the files have been removed. **

**Method 2**: Delete the `.utoc`, `.ucas` and `.pak` files directly from the `~mods` folder.

⚠️ Conflict

This mod uses pakchunk 1037. After installing this mod, you can run my PakChunk Checker batch script to check for conflicts with any existing mods you have. If a conflict exists, it can be fixed using the Chunk ID Conflict Manager.
