🎉 **Good news! ** For players running the latest version of the game, this mod is now available through the official in-game mod system.
---
✨ Mod version
This module provides two versions:
- **Default version**: Unlock **all** equipment.
- **Optional "EQ" version**: Unlocks **all** gear except items related to quests or challenges.
⚠️ **IMPORTANT NOTE**: Please choose to install one version, **Do not install both at the same time**.

📥 Installation Guide
While you can use Vortex to automate the installation (and skip directly to step 4 below), Vortex can be unreliable when dealing with Hogwarts Legacy mods (sometimes failing to delete mod files properly). Therefore, I recommend following these steps to install manually:
- **Download** the module file.
- **Unzip** the downloaded compressed package.
- **Move** the `.utoc`, `.ucas` and `.pak` files to your game mods folder:
`Steam\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods\`
- **Install** Blueprint Apparate Modloader if not already installed.
- **Start** "Hogwarts Legacy".
- **Load** your most recent save.
- Press the **F8** key to activate the Blueprint Apparate Modloader.
- Enter **`UnlockAllGear`** in the small window and press **Enter**.
- If successful, the word **`UnlockAllGear`** disappears from the input line and reappears at the bottom of the window with an **`X`** next to it.
- **If it fails** (the word stays at the top input line), it's possible that: a) you put the file in the wrong folder; or b) one of your existing mods already takes up pakchunk 1030. You can use my PakChunk Checker to check. If a conflict exists, please refer to the **Conflict Resolution** section below.
- Press the **F8** key again to close the mod loader window.
💡 **Note**: The above process only needs to be performed once. After that, the module will automatically take effect.

⌨️ Key bindings
This mod does not require any key bindings. It automatically unlocks all gear.

🗑️ How to uninstall
You can choose any of the following methods:
- **Installed via Vortex**: Disable or uninstall this mod in Vortex. **But be sure to check** the `~mods` folder afterwards to make sure the relevant files have been removed.
- **Manually installed**: Delete the `.utoc`, `.ucas` and `.pak` files directly from the `~mods` folder.
---
⚠️ Conflict resolution
This mod uses **pakchunk 1030**. Once installed, you can run my PakChunk Checker batch script to check for conflicts with existing mods.
If a conflict does exist, you can use the Chunk ID Conflict Manager tool to fix it.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
