As the title says, this mod removes the cooldown on all spells. It also disables the Elixir tank, but that makes sense since the sheer number of spells you can cast basically amounts to god mode. If the mod doesn't work, please let me know in a bug submission and I'll take care of it eventually! (I've added more mods that may help in the requirements section)
