Outfit Tool HWL
✨ **A powerful "Hogwarts Legacy" costume customization and management system, allowing you to instantly change your clothes like a real wizard! **
---
🧥 **Core Functions**
- **Free combination of clothing**
- You can choose from **robes, glasses, masks, hats, gloves, scarves, tops, bottoms, socks and shoes** to create a unique combination!
- 💡 **Tips:**
- Some glasses and masks can be worn at the same time, but some will conflict or be covered by the mask.
- Socks come in different lengths (cover the whole leg, just to the knee or ankle), so be careful when pairing them with short bottoms to avoid creating "invisible" areas on the legs.
- Compatible with other clothing mods that replace the original models in the game, but please note that the model dimensions of these mods may be different from the original ones.
- This mod provides access to **all outfits** in the game (including those from other academies), but does not unlock them in the game's original Gear menu.
- This mod **does not modify** the values or attributes of the equipment.
- When wearing certain NPC clothing, hiding tops, bottoms, socks, shoes and hats may provide better visual effects.
- **8 slot shortcut menu**
- Features a menu with **8 storage slots** to save, update and delete your sets.
- No need to open the menu again, just press the shortcut key **Alt + [Slot Number]** to summon the saved suit in real time in the game, accompanied by the **Appearance Spell animation**, which is full of immersion!
- 🎮 **Full support for handle operation** (see below for specific control methods).
- 💡 **Operation Guide:**
- **Open the menu**: Press the numeric key **"0"** in the typewriter area.
- **Open the menu with the handle**: Press **Up + R1/RB on the **directional keys** at the same time.
- The slot number of a saved set is displayed as **red** in the radial menu; **green** indicates that the slot is empty.
- When summoning a costume, the character will cast the Revealing Spell animation, as realistically as casting a spell.
- Provides a "Reset" button to restore to the last saved or selected suit. If it has not been saved, it will reset to the outfit selected in the game's Outfit menu.
- **Shortcut key correspondence**:
- Alt + 1 = Slot 1, Alt + 2 = Slot 2... and so on to Alt + 8 = Slot 8.
- **Alt + 0**: Select the original outfit in the in-game Outfit menu, which will serve as the new default outfit until you select a different outfit.
- **Controller quick outfit change**: Open the menu, hover the cursor over the target slot, and press the **Square/X** key to close the menu, play animations and change clothes.
- **Select the original costume with the handle**: When the menu is open, press the **direction key up** (aim at the center area of the menu).
- **Hidden menu and free viewing angle**
- You can hide the mod menu to see the character dressing effect more clearly.
- In hidden mode, there are **five buttons** on the screen for controlling the camera: moving up, down, left, and right, rotating the character in place, and resetting the camera position with one click.
- 💡 **Tip**: Hide the menu in an open space, and the camera movement will be smoother and more stable.
- After hiding the menu, the clothing menu and material quality menu on the right will still remain open, allowing you to adjust and view the effects in real time.
- **Material quality interchange**
- Clicking the "Material Quality" button opens an additional menu that allows you to apply **the texture of one item to another**!
- *Example: use the texture of shoes for a robe, or the texture of a hat for a shirt. *
- 💡 **NOTE**: This button only appears on garments with **interchangeable textures**; garments with unique textures will not show this option.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
