⚠️ **Important**: Fast traveling may cause the game to crash, related to the gazebo not fully loading when skipping animations. The author is looking for alternative skipping methods.

📥 Installation Guide

Please strictly follow the steps below:

• **Download Tool**: Download the latest version of UE4SS (XInput version). Find the `UE4SS_Xinput_X.X.X.zip` file in the "Assets" section.
• **Extraction tool**: Extract the entire contents of the **UE4SS compressed package** to the game directory: `*\HogwartsLegacy\Phoenix\Binaries\Win64`.
• **Install the module**: Copy the `SkipMerlinCinematic`, `shared` and `mods.txt` files of this module to the Mods folder of UE4SS: `*\HogwartsLegacy\Phoenix\Binaries\Win64\Mods` (overwrite existing files if prompted).
• **Manage Other Mods**: Disable any UE4SS built-in modules that you don’t want by deleting them from the Mods folder or modifying the `mods.txt` file to set its value to 0. (If you have already overwritten the `mods.txt` file in step 3, you can skip this step.)

⚙️ Optional settings

• If you want to hide the UE4SS console window while gaming, you can edit the `UE4SS-settings.ini` file (located in `*\HogwartsLegacy\Phoenix\Binaries\Win64\UE4SS-settings.ini`).
• Search for "console" in the file and set the relevant value to 0 to turn it off.
