Update: I've completely reworked the skirt mod in the Creator's Toolkit and now includes cloth physics. Should now be obtained from the in-game mod library. Installing this version here will cause the latest version of the game to crash. Only use this mod for older game installations.

📢 Important update notification

The **bad news** is that the latest update for Hogwarts Legacy breaks all grid mods, including this one.

The **good news** is that the game itself now fully supports mods via the Creator Toolkit, and I completely remade my skirt mod within the toolkit, this time containing:

• 🎀 **New custom cloth physics**
• 🦵 **Customized reshaped legs**, looks more beautiful when paired with short skirts
• 👗 **Transparent stockings and stockings** available for purchase in Gradregs and can be **mixed and matched** with any outfit (equipped in the "Hand Equipment" slot)
• 👞 **Shoes and Boots available for purchase in Gladregs** so that they can be mixed and matched with any outfit (equipped in the "Facial Equipment" slot)
• 🛍️ **A new custom outfit in the shop** that many Hogwarts students will also wear!

If you downloaded the latest version of the game and enabled mods, you should be able to see my new and improved skirt mod in the game's mod library. In the mod library, search for the mod named **+Shorten All Skirts +Silky Tights +Swap Shoes +Plaid Outfits**.

✨ Module function

This mod replaces the skirts in all of the female protagonist's outfits with short skirts with stylized hems, and reduces molding between the skirt and shirt/vest and legs. Physics will follow the legs to avoid mold breakage.

The reason I made this mod was that I found that existing mods that shortened the skirt of part of a player's outfit often conflicted with each other, or would cause the game to crash when multiple were installed, possibly because they were using the same block ID. I want a mod that shortens all of the female protagonist's skirts (no matter what outfit she's wearing) and is fully compatible with other mods I've released. I also wanted to fix the mold wear issues I was seeing when mixing different tops and skirts.

• **Shorten all skirts**: Shorten the skirts in all the skirt-wearing outfits of the female protagonist (currently excluding dresses).
• **Custom Hem**: Skirt features a custom designed hem.
• **Physics**: The skirt has physical effects that make it follow the legs to avoid molding.
• **Leg/Sock Extensions**: The legs/socks are extended to eliminate the gap between the skirt and the upper part of the legs/socks.
• **Compatibility**: The skirt mod uses block ID 103, so is compatible with other mods that don't use block ID 103 (and don't modify the skirt mesh). The leg/sock extension mod uses block ID 104 and is therefore compatible with other mods that do not use block ID 104.
