🚀 How to use
**Drag and drop operation (easiest!)**
Drag and drop `.bin`, `.json` or `.csv` files directly onto `Parseltongue.exe`, and the tool will automatically perform the following conversions based on the file extension:
- **.bin →.json**: Convert game language files into human-readable JSON format.
- **.json →.bin**: Convert the modified JSON file back to game-usable .bin format.
- **.csv → .bin**: Convert CSV table data to .bin file.
💡 If you need to perform more specific operations, you need to use the command line mode.
**Command line operation (advanced features)**
Usage format: `Parseltongue.exe [command] [options]`
- **Parameters**:
- ``: The file to be converted. The tool automatically determines the type of operation based on the file extension.
- **Options**:
- `--version`: Display version information.
- `-?`, `-h`, `--help`: Display help and usage information.
- **Command** (for specifying a specific converter):
- `bin2json`: Convert .bin files to .json files.
- `json2bin`: Convert .json files to .bin files.
- `csv2bin`: Convert .csv files to .bin files.

- `Parseltongue.exe language.bin` → output `language-modified.json`
- `Parseltongue.exe language.json` → output `language-modified.bin`
- `Parseltongue.exe json2bin language_json.txt` → output `language_json-modified.bin`

📝 Notes
*The CSV conversion feature has currently been tested primarily using .csv files exported from **Google Sheets**.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
