About this mod Machine translation
Replace your broomstick and hippogriff flight music with different versions of the music.
How to train your Hippogriff 🎵
This mod will replace the background music when you fly in Hogwarts Legacy, bringing you a whole new listening experience!
✨ Core Functions
- **Hippogriff Music**: Replaced with a homemade loop based on the How to Train your Dragon theme performed by **Beyond Gaia's Horizon**.
- **Broomstick Music**: Replaced with orchestral suite version performed by **Samuel Kim**.
In order to ensure the smoothness of the in-game looping, I heavily edited the hippogriff's music. If you prefer the original and complete feeling, I also provide an **optional file**, which will replace the **flying broomstick music with the "How to Train your Dragon" theme song**, bringing a more peaceful and unified flying atmosphere. 🎶
**Author's Note**: I'm no expert in audio editing, but I think these loops look pretty good! I'm still adjusting the volume balance of the music to make sure it's clear enough but not too loud. Feedback is very welcome!

📂 Installation Guide
Very simple! Simply copy the mod folder of your choice into the game's **Paks** directory.
- **Find the game installation directory**:
- **Steam version**: `C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\`
- **Epic version**: `C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\`
- In this directory, create a new folder named `Mods` (if there is not one already).
- Copy the folder of your choice in this mod pack into this `Mods` folder.
- If you already have a `~mods` folder, you can also put it directly into it.
Once the installation is complete, you can ride on your hippogriff or broomstick and enjoy a new chapter of flying!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
