🎨 **Greetings from Malaysia! ** This is a simple and easy-to-use ReShade image quality enhancement preset designed to enhance the visual experience of "Hogwarts Legacy".

🛠️ Installation Guide

The new version of the ReShade installer can be a little confusing because there are so many effects to choose from. You can select all effects, or use an older version (around 3.4.1) from the following link:

After installing the old version, you can run the new version installer to update.

With the new ReShade installer, you usually just click "Next" all the way through until it's done and all the shaders will be installed automatically.

**Installation steps:**

• **Download Preset**: Download this preset file and extract it to the directory where the main game program (`***.exe`) is located.
• **Download ReShade**: Download the latest version of ReShade from the official website.
• **Installation and Activation**:
• Run the ReShade installation tool and follow the prompts to select the main game program.
• Close the tool after completing the installation.
• Start the game and press the `Home` key (or `Shift+F2` in the old version) in the game to open the ReShade menu.
• Choose **VStormV** preset and enjoy a new visual feast!

💡 **Tips**: After setting up, don’t forget to turn on performance mode in the ReShade menu!

⚙️ Preset adjustments and compatibility

• **Color Settings**: This preset is based on the game's default gamma and the Nvidia control panel's 50% digital vibration setting. Results may vary on different monitors. If you feel the colors are too bright, you can adjust the "Vibrance" value in ReShade, or disable the effect directly. You can also add `Levels.fx` to balance the black and white fields.
• **Avoid Conflicts**: Make sure no duplicate FX/shaders/tech effects are running at the same time.
• **Windows 10 dark screen problem**: If you encounter a dark display, you can adjust the gamma value. Search for "color management" in the taskbar and follow NVIDIA's official guide.

🚀 My personal optimization settings (for reference only)

Here are some of my personal optimization settings when playing "Hogwarts Legacy", which may inspire you:

• **System Optimization**:
• Disable "Full Screen Optimization" of the main game program.
• Using 1440p DLDSR (Deep Learning Dynamic Super-Resolution) at native 1080p resolution.
• It is recommended to use an IPS panel monitor to obtain a wider color gamut.
• Enable vertical sync, triple buffering, thread optimization and low latency mode (enhanced) in the NVIDIA control panel instead of in-game settings.
• **Game Settings**:
• Apply game patch > Adjust in-game settings > Modify `Engine.ini` file.
• If performance permits, **Material quality is recommended to be set to "Ultra High"**.
• The number of ray tracing reflections is set to 1.
• The shadow and world texture resolution is set to 1024, and the maximum LOD is set to 2048 (referenced from the ini settings of "Batman: Arkham Knight").
• **Modules and Drivers**:
• Try using the performance version of the Ultra Plus Cutscene Visual and FPS Fix mod (note that the color editing part of it is removed, depending on your monitor). First set up the ideal in-game screen, and then set the ini file to read-only.
• **NVIDIA Control Panel** > Shader Cache Size = 10GB.
• **Windows 10** > Exploit Protection > Program Settings > Point to the game exe file > Control Flow Guard (CFG) > Check "Override system settings" > Turn off.
• **DLSS/Anti-Aliasing**:
