🎮 Character Creation Setup Guide
While this skin tone mod also works on custom protagonists, to accurately recreate Gareth's model, use the following settings:
- **Skin Color:** 3rd option in new character creator (001 in character editor)
- **Hair Color:** #19 (Gareth has a custom hair color that I can't show, this is the closest!)
- **Hairstyle:** #8
- **Skin Type:** Leave blank and choose the first option!
- **Frecks and Moles:** 3rd option
- **Brow Shape:** #1
- **Ebrow Color:** #19 (if it looks too light, try #18)
- **Eye Color:** Green
🛠️ Highly recommended tool
- **Character Editor**: Allows you to modify the face shape and skin color of existing characters, very convenient!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
