✨ Module Introduction

Modder leoisalion has created beautiful wardrobe mods for Sebastian, Ominis and Natty. Unfortunately, this huge project left leo mentally and physically exhausted, and he finally decided to quit the modding circle of "Hogwarts Legacy" forever and disappeared from sight. This is a huge loss for leo and for us. I've had some conversations with leo on the mods discord and they're really nice people. (It was leo who convinced me to make the Stand Up Straight mod.)

Anyway, I decided to give it a try and make a wardrobe mod for Gareth as well, using those outfits leo picked out for Sebastian's wardrobe. I automated the process as much as possible and thought the rest would only take a few hours...

**I couldn't be more wrong! ** It took me a full **15 hours** of non-stop mouse clicking to complete this job. Now I totally understand why leoisalion gave up! What a nightmare! 😵

❓ Why is it a beta version?

I'm marking this release as **0.5beta** because my first goal is to complete it before I completely blow myself up. I spent a long time staring at the screen, clicking - copy - paste - save - rename over and over again... so I can't rule out that I might have made some mistakes.

• **Color Adjustment**: I used a quick and dirty approach to adjusting Sebastian's greenish outfit to a more reddish tone for Gareth - I simply swapped the red and green values ​​in the RGB vector overlay. It works well, but I may have missed a few.
• **Shoe Issue**: Since the in-game outfit preview doesn't show the shoes, I can't tell if the shoes need color adjustment. So if you see any green shoes in the game, be sure to let me know!

I've checked out a few random outfits in the game and they all look good. Good luck! 🤞

🎮 How to use

For those who don’t understand how the wardrobe module works, here is a brief explanation:

• **Download and Unzip** this mod. (It actually contains many separate mod files).
• **Browse through each folder**, view PNG previews, and find the outfit you like.
• Copy the three files **.pak, .ucas and .utoc** corresponding to the costume you selected to your **~mods** folder.
• Start the game.

Now it's time for Gareth to wear the outfit you chose! If you want to change to another set:

• Close the game.
• Delete the three files you put into the **~mods** folder earlier.
• Choose another outfit.
• Copy the three files corresponding to the new costume to your **~mods** folder.
• Restart the game.

**Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to change costumes without restarting the game. **Don’t blame me! Blame it on the designers of Unreal Engine. 😅

**NOTE**: The preview is taken directly from Sebastian's wardrobe, so it shows Slytherin colors, but what Gareth wears in the game is of course Gryffindor colors.

⚙️ Installation and Uninstallation

• **Installation**: Please refer to the "How to" section above.
• **Uninstall**: Just delete the three files you recently put into the **~mods** folder.

⚠️ Conflicts and known issues

Conflict check

This mod uses **pakchunk 2402**. Once installed, you can run my PakChunk Checker batch script to check for conflicts with other mods you have. If a conflict exists, it can be fixed using the Chunk ID Conflict Manager.

• **The **shabby Quidditch Uniform**** has the **"G" badge missing** from Gareth's shirt. (I don’t know why.)
