Custom checkerboard wand handle
🎨 **A unique wand handle created by player request! ** This mod replaces the original brown checkerboard wand handle in the game and creatively combines three different styles of checkerboard design elements.

✨Mod details
This custom checkerboard wand handle combines features from three original handles:
- **Black Marble - Teal Checkerboard** The texture of the handle
- **Opal - Blue Checkerboard** Color of handle
- **Gold - Brown Checkerboard** Texture of handle
To give you a more intuitive comparison, I have also attached the original handle to the picture.
🧙♂️ How to get
In the game, this wand handle can be obtained through the **"Survivor Encounter"** side quest, given by **Edgar Ardley** in County Aran.

The installation process is very simple:

- Place them into the following directory:

- If the `~mods` folder does not exist, please create it manually.
- To uninstall the mod, simply delete these files.
💡 **IMPORTANT**: If you use a mod manager like **Vortex**, don’t forget to launch your Hogwarts Legacy game through Vortex!
This module is also compatible with direct download and installation through Vortex :)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
