About this mod Machine translation

Fantastic Reshade is designed to significantly enhance atmosphere and graphics, improving lighting and darkness, removing the usual gaming oversaturation and blue tint, and enhancing texture detail. All through simple processes (bloom, fake HDR, curves, etc.) to avoid FPS costs. You can reshape anything in reshade if you want (i.e.; bloom, etc.)

Function:

  • Enhanced lighting effects (especially blooms and light transitions)
  • Better contrast with surrounding darker tones and blacks
  • Slight color rebalancing (removing oversaturation and blue tint) - This can be deactivated/adjusted with a single click as it may depend on your screen calibration.
  • Enhanced texture detail without over-sharpening. Sufficient enough to remove basic blur, and particularly useful for counteracting DLSS, which tends to produce slight blur.

All this with simple processes (bloom, fake HDR, curves, etc.) to avoid FPS costs. (Testing showed no FPS drop/the exact cost during testing on my hardware was around 0.298fps, so basically nothing). This may vary from machine to machine, but the aim is to only use a fairly simple process to avoid any performance impact.

Everything can be tweaked like most reshape presets to find your own sweet spot.

Take a look at the comparison images - I think it speaks for itself and I'll add more as I play.

If you like it, don't forget to like it :)

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
