🎮 **Say goodbye to clumsy operations and fly gracefully with your mouse! ** This mod gives you full mouse control of the Hogwarts broom, including rotation, descent and ascent. The original keyboard controls are still retained, and you can combine them freely!

• **All-round mouse control**: You can easily control the **rotation, descent and ascent** of the broom with the mouse, making the flying experience more intuitive and smooth.
• **Dual version selection**: Provides two control modes: **standard version** and **reversed version** to meet different operating habits (**Note: Only one version can be selected!**).
• **Keyboard Compatibility**: The original keyboard control keys are completely retained, and you can mix mouse and keyboard according to your preference.

⚠️ **IMPORTANT NOTE**: This is not a free view camera mod! The camera perspective while flying is locked for both keyboard, mouse and controller players. If you need to unlock your camera, use our FreeView Camera mod.

📥 Installation Guide

• **Prepare files**: Before installation, please decompress the `.7z` compressed package you downloaded.
• **Select version**: Depending on your preference, select the `zBroomMouseNormal_P.pak` (standard version)** or** `zBroomMouseInverted_P.pak` (inverted version) file.
• **Place File**: Copy the selected `.pak` file to the following path in your game installation directory:

`[Your Steam path]\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks`

🗑️ Uninstall method

To uninstall the mod, simply delete the `zBroomMouseNormal_P.pak` or `zBroomMouseInverted_P.pak` file you placed previously from the `Paks` folder in the above game installation directory.

🔧 Troubleshooting

If the mod doesn't work, you can try the following steps:

• **Change placement**: Try to put the `.pak` file into the `~mods` subfolder within the `Paks` folder (please create a new one if it does not exist).
• **Reset Key Bindings**: **If you encounter any broom control issues, please reset the in-game key bindings to defaults**. You can re-customize the keys after installing the mod. If you encounter problems during uninstallation, it is also recommended to reset the keys first.
• **Handling Cloud Storage Conflicts**: Please note that the game stores your `Input.ini` configuration file in the cloud, and Steam may stubbornly overwrite your changes. If this happens, you can try launching Steam offline and then resetting the control options.
