📊 Upgrade points system

When you first unlock a broom, you can assign "Broom Attribute Points" from the Broom tab in the Equipment Menu.

• **Starting Points**: You will start with **3** available points.
• **Upgrade Reward**: For each broom upgrade level, you will receive additional points equal to that level.

*Level 1: +1 point

*Level 2: +2 points

*Level 3: +3 points

This design aims to fit in with the game process and make broom upgrades more meaningful and valuable.

**Total Points Overview:**

• **Default Broom**: 3 points total
• **Level 1 Upgrade**: 4 points total
• **Level 2 Upgrade**: 6 points total
• **Level 3 Upgrade**: 9 points total

💡 **Tips**: You cannot fill up all attributes! <3

⚙️ Installation and usage requirements

**Required prerequisites:**

• **UICore** - **Always required**, no matter which mod loader you choose.

**Mod loader (choose one of two):**

To use logic mods, you need to install a mod loader, for example:

• **UE4SS**
• **Apparate Modloader**

⚠️ **IMPORTANT WARNING**: **DO NOT** load the same mod in two mod loaders at the same time!

**Installation using UE4SS:**

• In the `Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Binaries\Win64\Mods\mods.txt` file, set `BPModLoaderMod` to `1`.
• Install this mod’s `.pak`, `.utoc` and `.ucas` files to the `Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\LogicMods` folder.

**Install using Apparate Modloader:**

• Install this mod's `.pak`, `.utoc` and `.ucas` files into the `Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods` folder.
• Press **F8** while in game to open the mod loader menu.
• Enter the command: `DekBetterBroomUpgrades`.
• The mod should now appear in the list in the Apparate mod loader menu.

🔧 **Troubleshooting**: If you have problems using the Apparate mod loader, you can try adding a `!` symbol to the **front** of all mod file names. This seems to be a matter of priorities when using a large number of mods.

This mod uses pak chunk **1320** and may be incompatible with other mods that also use this chunk.
