Have you encountered this annoying bug in Hogwarts Legacy? When you go to The Magic Neep to complete the "Welcome to Hogsmeade" quest, you find that the store owner, Timothy Teasdale, doesn't have the Dittany Seeds required for the quest at all on his shelves! Even more infuriatingly, he boasts that his shelves are “well stocked.”

This bug usually occurs after you use other mods to unlock the seeds in advance, causing the quest chain to break. Although it can be solved with other complex tools (such as SQL Mod Menu), this mod provides a simpler and more direct solution!

📦 Installation Guide

**Manual installation is recommended** to ensure that the module runs stably in "Hogwarts Legacy".

• **Download and unzip** the module file.
• Copy the following three files to the game directory:
• `zMyDittanyBugFix-1009_P.utoc`
• `zMyDittanyBugFix-1009_P.ucas`
• `zMyDittanyBugFix-1009_P.pak`
• **Destination folder**: `Steam\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods\`
• Make sure you have installed the **Blueprint Apparate Modloader** (if you haven’t already).
• Start the game and load the most recent save.
• Press the **`F8`** key to open the Modloader window.
• Enter **`MyDittanyBugFix`** in the small window and press **`Enter`**.
• If successful, `MyDittanyBugFix` will disappear from the input line and appear in the list below with an **`X`** next to it. At the same time, the message that the module has been initialized will be displayed on the screen.
• Press **`F8`** again to close the window.

**Tips**: The above activation steps only need to be performed once! The module will then take effect automatically.

🎯 How to use

Once the mod is installed and activated, it will replace the first item in Timothy Tisdale's store inventory with Belladonna Seeds.

• Go to the Magic Carrot Shop.
• Purchase/obtain belladonna seeds.
• **Mission completed! ** 🎉

**IMPORTANT NOTE**: After completing the mission, it is recommended to uninstall this mod to avoid permanently occupying the first item slot in the store.

• Press **`F8`** to open the mod loader.
• Click the **`X`** next to **`MyDittanyBugFix`** to uninstall it.

🔧 Uninstall the module

**Method 1 (Vortex users)**: Disable or uninstall via Vortex, but **be sure to check** whether the relevant files in the `~mods` folder have been deleted.

**Method 2 (Manual user installation)**: Delete the following three files directly from the `~mods` folder:

• `zMyDittanyBugFix-1009_P.utoc`
• `zMyDittanyBugFix-1009_P.ucas`
• `zMyDittanyBugFix-1009_P.pak`

This mod uses **pakchunk 1009**.

• **Known Conflict**: It uses the same pakchunk as another mod by the author **Fluxweed Seed Bug Fix**, **the two cannot be used at the same time**! Please make sure you have removed the `Fluxweed Seed Bug Fix` before using this mod.
• **Check for Conflicts**: After installation, you can run the author's **PakChunk Checker** script to check for conflicts with other mods.
• **Resolving Conflicts**: If conflicts are found, they can be resolved using the **Chunk ID Conflict Manager** tool.
