The Arena Enhancement mod modifies all arenas to feature a new, more diverse and challenging set of enemy waves.
Arena Plus
🎮 **Make every battle in Hogwarts full of surprises and challenges! **
Tired of the monotonous enemy configuration in the original arena? Arena Plus mod brings you a whole new combat experience!
✨ Core Functions
- **More Waves**: All arenas (including the Black Magic Arena) will now spawn **18 waves** of enemies, significantly extending the combat time!
- **Diverse Enemies**: Introducing a richer variety of enemies, including swamp diggers, wolves and pensieve guards, so your combat strategy needs to be constantly adjusted.
- **Optimized performance**: **Removed loot drops**, which helps alleviate frame rate issues when a large number of enemies appear and makes combat smoother.
- **Reasonable layout**: The game's original enemy spawning positions are used, including high platforms set up for remote enemies, and the battle scenes are reasonably designed.
⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- **Uniform configuration**: All arenas will use the same enemy wave configuration.
- **Enemy Types**: The arena will only spawn generic enemy characters/creatures, **named or plot-specific characters/creatures are not supported.
- **Development Status**: ** Please note that development of this mod has been discontinued and the version is older. **
🐛 Known issues
Although the combat is fun, please note the following minor flaws:
- **Rare monster spawning point**: There is a very low probability that enemies will spawn outside the arena area.
- **Residual Creatures**: When retrying after death, creatures summoned by other enemies (such as Acromantula) may remain in the field but become non-hostile and can only be removed using ancient magic or leaving the arena and reentering the arena. (**Note: This is actually a loophole that exists in the original arena of the game**)
- **Summon drops**: When creatures spawned by summoned enemies are defeated, they **will still drop loot**.
- **Wave ends early**: If the only enemies left in a wave are summoned, the wave may be judged to be completed "early".
- **Counting Issue**: The number of enemies defeated will remain at 0.
- **Completion Status**: **After completing an Arena using this mod, it will not be marked as "Completed" in-game**. It is recommended to complete the arena challenge of the original game before enabling this mod.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
