S.W.A.R.M.25
SWARM.25 or Sub Weapon, Automatic, Rail Mounted is a.25ACP underbarrel gun I had in mind when I asked myself:
"What if the underbarrel Zip.22 was a military trials gun and it had a competitor"
It comes with a quad stack mag that contains 18 rounds of.25ACP and is able to fire semi or full auto
This firearm is thought to be used mainy under an M4A1 carbine, as it is exactly the same length as the bottom rail, but heh, put it anywhere you'd want!
It is paired with the LAM module from the MK23 pistol for practical purposes (And quite frankly, because the LAM looks awesome)

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
