Looks like you excavated a SMG wellfrosted. Or perhaps its the properties of that SMG that put it in its perpetual state?
With this SMG comes an added step to reloading it. Firing it extensevely will blur your vision in a mask of cool mist.

V1.0.1 -- Charm Mount Update
V1.1.0 -- Cryo Damage Update! The bullets will now cause a cryo effect on the sosigs! Works in both Main and Experimental, although Main has debug log spam, probably from Anton testing his own cryo status effect? More special status effects to come for the other NXTs!
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
