Is it a cat? Nobody knows. It has ears? Or is it a hat?
This little toy can be found in TippyToy.
It's like a little flashlight! Hold it, press the button and it'll create a nice glowy light for you. It even plays a tune!

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
