NieR Automata Soundtrack
NieR Automata's Soundtrack, in rough order
About this mod Author’s original text
Everything that lives is designed to end. We are perpetually trapped in a never-ending spiral of life and death. Is this a curse? Or some kind of punishment? I often think about the god who blessed us with this cryptic puzzle... and wonder if we'll ever have the chance to kill him.
A selection of songs from the game NieR: Automata, following the story in rough order and with some significant gaps. (I had to pare it down to 5 intermediate and 5 battle tracks, forgive me)
Song list:
Take 1: Alien Manifestation
Hold 1: Bipolar Nightmare
Take 2: Memories of Dust
Hold 2: Birth of a Wish, Grandma - Destruction (Adam fight)
Take 3: Copied City
Hold 3: Dark Colossus (Kaiju)
Take 4: Mourning
Hold 4: Dependent Weakling
Take 5: War & War
Hold 5: Song of the Ancients - Atonement
Death: Significance v2

Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
