Modul Sideloader for ModulAR2
If the toploader AR makes you go hmm, then the sideloader must make you go ahh!
The Sideloaders, available in both AR15, AR10, AR47 and a cursed DP mag version platform! So you can pretend you're living sideways with the weird sideloading platform!
Manual of arms would be similar, grab mag, load mag, pull charging handle, fire until empty, then grab empty mag, press button to remove it, load fresh mag and fire it again.
Wait, don't you need to charge it again? Apparently not, in this iteration of the modulsideloader, these bad boys are open bolt.
There are three options for A1 or A2 style and Flattop uppers for each platforms.
Features
- ModulAR2 compatible receivers for fans of the sideloading shenanigans!
- AR-15, AR-10, AR-47 and DP platforms with many modularity, except for a few due to hard-coding things, such as dust cover.
- Has three types of uppers for each of the chambering types, except for DP
- Can be found in Firearms > ModulAR
Model from Oxy, texturing done by me, with lovely support from Tweedy.
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
