Frommer Stop
A Hungarian compact pistol dating all the way back to WW1. Also adds an automatic version with extended barrel.
About this mod Author’s original text
It's small, and doesn't have a full slide covering the upper half like most automatic pistols. You have to grip the back to rack the bolt and this might be tough for some players using especially weirdly shaped controllers. If it's outright impossible to reach the bolt handle, please do message me whichever way you can so I can fix it.
The Frommer Stop is, at least in my opinion, somewhere in between pocket pistol and compact pistol in terms of size. Since it fires a not-so-impressive.32 ACP round, I decided to make it a pocket pistol that fits down to your magazine slots seen on some quickbelt variants.
On the other hand, the Frommer Stop Auto has an extended barrel which almost doubles the overall length. Considering this combined with its full auto capability, the automatic variant can't be harnessed in the magazine slot for the sake of balancing.
Other boring information can be found at the spawn table.
Changelog
1.1.0
- Build update to comply with Mason. Farewell Deli!
- Updated the models with a visible firing pin
- Increased recoil per shot, increased recoil recovery. This will make the pistols bounce around just a little bit more violently, expected from a pocket pistol.
- Both normal and automatic variants are now in each other's item spawner entry as secondary objects. No more having to jump through several categories to spawn them both!
1.0.2
- Fixed item ID to enable Vault save. This should also allow the weapon to be added into custom T&H characters.
1.0.1
- Fixed file structure which caused it to not load
1.0.0
- Initial release
Install & use Install: BepInEx plugin
- The archive from playbuff is the mod itself — usually a BepInEx plugin (a .dll or a plugin folder once unzipped).
- Recommended: use a community mod manager (such as r2modman) — pick this game, import the mod, and the manager sets up BepInEx and its dependencies for you.
- Manual route: install the BepInEx loader in the game folder, then drop the unzipped .dll or plugin folder into BepInEx/plugins/.
- Launch the game — the BepInEx console logs every plugin it loads; seeing this mod in the log means it is installed.
Mods with listed dependencies need those installed too, or they will not load. Options are usually changed in-game or in the plugin's config file.
Install these first, or the mod will not work:
