** The whole story of the Tianwen integration incident in March 2023

**Event 1:**

**In February 2023, the MOD author Tianwen, without the permission of the MOD author Wu Fang, privately reprinted the author Wu Fang's work on the grounds that free means sharing, and merged it with other authors' works into a so-called "integration package". And posting QR codes in the group for group rewards, this behavior has constituted the act of profiting from the works of other MOD authors. After being discovered by the original author, both parties negotiated and negotiated not to let him use the word "self-made" in writing. The matter came to an end after that, but the consent of other authors was not obtained, and there was no infringement that required deletion.

Tianwen’s attitude towards subsequent events: The sponsorship code does not count as a charge.

There are two controversial issues in this incident:

① Can works published for free by the author be reprinted without permission from the original author?

②Whether charging in the form of sponsorship is profit-making from the works of other authors? **

**Event 2:

In March 2023, as this incident continued to ferment, Tianwenfang took a tough stance and resolutely refused to admit that it had engaged in illegal integration and other behaviors. The author had no choice but to quit MOD production, and continued to upgrade in the subsequent period. During this period, Tianwen spoke extremely harshly to the entire Guizhu production team, full of slander and insults. He always felt that the fans he gained in this way were blocking his way of making money, and he believed that we were making trouble unreasonably. Later, the incident continued to escalate. After the Guiwu production team reported and banned his QQ account for 7 days, Tianwen himself became furious and reported the author of the Guiwu Fang MOD.

There are four controversial issues in this incident:

① Regarding Tianwen’s statement of “blocking people’s way of making money,” Guihu Fang responded here:

Most of Guihufang's MODs are currently available for free, or even without sponsorship. There is sponsorship behavior in the Xianying Pavilion MOD, but the Xianying Pavilion MOD itself is encrypted and cannot be reprinted by others. Moreover, the Xianying Pavilion itself is a functional plot MOD and has nothing to do with Tianwen integration. Therefore, Tianwenfang’s so-called statement of blocking people’s financial opportunities is pure nonsense and self-brainwashing.

②Tianwen’s behavior of reporting other authors after integration is a way of using people to move forward and not using people to work backward?

③ How much of Tianwen’s integrated content has been approved by the original author?

④ Tianwen pointed out that Xianying Pavilion’s sponsorship is a fee. Does it contradict his own statement that fees in the form of sponsorship are not fees?

Event three:

In March 2023, the grievances between Hu Sanhe Yue and Tianwen incident occurred. At first, Hu San discovered in Tianwen’s personal group that Tianwen directly moved the moon mod to his group without accepting authorization, so Hu San directly went to his QQ private message to remind him to “authorize” it. After he got authorization from Yue to move there, he turned around and turned on "Appreciation". What's even more disgusting is that he also set up 6 amount levels. After Yue learned about it, he kicked him out of the group chat. Private message Hu San asked why he kicked him. Hu San told him that it was because of appreciation, and he explained a lot, "What does appreciation mean? You can give it or not. Others send it to me because they support me in doing this, right?. Of course, some people send it to me for fun, like TM8 cents, right?" ← These are his original words. Then he didn't know why Mao sta …
