TheQuestion2
TheQuestion2 is a high-difficulty Rundown for GTFO focused on heavy combat pressure, buffed weapons, and experimental mechanics.
At the moment, the Rundown includes 3 levels:
- 2 expeditions designed for 8 players
- 1 expedition designed for 4 players
Most vanilla weapons have been rebalanced and buffed, and I’ve added some new custom weapons to expand playstyles. This is not meant to feel like a standard vanilla experience.
A lot of the systems and ideas implemented here are inspired by other GTFO mods.
Additionally, many of the 3D models used in this project were sourced from Sketchfab. Those assets are not mine and full credit belongs to their original creators.

Please keep in mind that many parts of this Rundown are experimental. I’m still relatively new to working with Unity and plugin development, so some systems may not behave perfectly or could break under specific conditions.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
