About this mod Machine translation
GlowStickOnBody Restored
The portable light stick MOD resurrected for the latest version of GTFO (the original version was stopped in 2022 and cannot be loaded in the new version of BepInEx 6 IL2CPP environment. This plug-in transplants it completely).
Right-click to "hang" the glow stick to yourself to turn it into a movable light source:
- Own perspective: The light stick is hung on the chest, and the light source moves with the camera
- Teammate's perspective: The light stick is hanging on the right leg bone
- Increased light intensity and extended life of fluorescent rods in mounted state
- Only the host needs to be installed to synchronize (consumes logical host authority)
How to use
- Equip GlowStick
- Press the right button of the mouse → move the light stick directly to the body, and the light will move with it
- Normal left-click throwing is not affected
Install
BepInEx/plugins/GlowStickOnBodyRestored/GlowStickOnBodyRestored.dll and put it in the corresponding location of the game directory.
Dependencies: BepInExPack_GTFO only.
Configuration
No configuration is required, it will take effect once installed.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
