The ARC Complex
A different take on vanilla seeking to imitate DOOM and Ultrakill.
You are intended to play solo but it's probably still pretty balanced in duo.
USE YOUR 'TOGGLE GEAR' BIND TO GRAPPLE AN ENEMY.
CROUCH WHILE MIDAIR TO GROUND POUND CAUSING AN 8 DAMAGE EXPLOSION.
-JUMP SHORTLY AFTER SLAMMING THE GROUND TO GET MORE HEIGHT
-SLAMS FROM HIGHER DEAL 150 DAMAGE
SHOVE TO PARRY TONGUES AND PROJECTILES.
SHOVE AN ENEMY WHEN BLOOD PUNCH IS FULL TO CREATE A 150 DAMAGE EXPLOSION.
Features the parry plugin which the player will be required to use to clear a majority of the content, including gaining resources like health and ammo/tool (more ammo lol).
Parry with shove to create a short window where you parry incoming tentacle and projectile attacks.
Weapon choice is limited to 1 loadout for now, but should still allow for a couple of different playstyles.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- Most mods rely on the game's mod loader — the usual route is a community mod manager (such as r2modman): pick this game, install, and it handles the loader and dependencies.
- For a manual install, put the mod files into the matching Mod / plugins folder inside the game directory.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; mods with listed dependencies need those installed as well.
Install locations vary a lot between mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
