About this mod Machine translation
Install
- First open the path `GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks` and check if there is an EMF folder in the folder. If there is, there is no need to install `EMF.oiv`. If not, install `EMF.oiv` first.
(If you don’t even have a mods folder in your game directory, you need to install `EMF.oiv` first)
- Then install `Xiamen license plate.oiv`
The installation method of oiv file is to open the edit mode of openⅣ, and then drag the oiv file to be installed into the window of openⅣ. A window will pop up. Click to install. (It is recommended to install to the mods directory)
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
