Willard from GTAIV

About this mod Machine translation
Willard converted from GTA IV to GTA V.
I thought I was going to convert a car into GTA IV and here I am.
BUGS-
When players get out of the car, they get a slight cut.
The Liscense plate still says "Free City".
The back seat doesn't work.
Dirt mapping on Windows is not working properly.
Install-
Put factor_hi.wtf, factor.wtf and factor.ytd into:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday17ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf (use latest patch day)
I also highly use the mods folder since you messed up the installation.
The Police and Highway Patrol versions will be downloaded separately when I complete the download. Of course, both will be friendly.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
