Updated changelog in file because caliber description was inaccurate
I was hoping to include realistic recoil in the latest update, but after a few hours of testing I realized that modifying the GTA 5 files wouldn't let me do that. The effect I'm looking for cannot be done correctly this way, rather than doing it incorrectly I'd just suggest you use a script instead. If a few people still want me to add recoil I'll look into it more, but for now I haven't included it in the latest update. I've linked a nice recoil mod under recommended mods.
Read the full changelog in the file for an in-depth list of what's been changed.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
