Installation [Add-On]
1- Drag and drop "w223s500" to: \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
2- Go to \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data, Edit dlclist.meta and add the line:
dlcpacks:/w223s500/
3- Save changes, done!!

Installation [VehFuncsV]
1- Drag and drop "w223s500.ini" to: \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\VehFuncsV.
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
