About this mod Machine translation
This map adds emergency services where visible. From patrol to manned police station. From checkpoints to environmental events. All people have their own tasks and should conduct business. It took a lot of fine-tuning to get the timing and the AI exactly how I wanted it, so you may still see the AI do some unintentionally stupid things. If you find a bug, please let me know so I can fix it immediately.
Mod functions at this time:
Sandy Shores
environmental ambulance
bike patrol
Manned Sheriff's Office + Sheriff's SUV
Manned fire station + firetruck
paleto bay
highway patrol surveillance
Manned police station + FIB vehicle
grape seeds
street patrol
highway patrol surveillance
Ocean Highway (Interstate 1)
These checkpoints were added at the exact border between Blaine and Los Santos counties.
Two checkpoints on the east side of (the country). They're not terribly obvious because they're not meant to stop you or slow you down.
A checkpoint on the west side (of the country) near the Zancudo River. This one is pretty obvious and in a future release this will be extended to DUI/license checkpointing.
A permanent CCTV inspection station begins on the west side of the interstate. This is used to check license plates for unpaid citations and valid warrants.
Planned features
Increase personnel to all police stations
Increase emergency patrols in open areas
Add various relevant environmental events via San Andreas
Optimize AI as much as possible
Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
