VicRoads TSS

Content introduction
I did a quick audition for Mossetti's VF Brigadier model and McGregor's Victoria Police model. For those unaware, VicRoads TSS (Transport Security Service) has very similar powers to Victoria Police. Although they focus primarily on HR vehicles, traffic safety officers can issue infringement notices and defect notices to drivers of light motor vehicles. I mainly use this skin along with a Victoria Police (or Highway Patrol) skin when you feel like going on a bug spree. This skin isn't exactly like the real-life variant, but it's pretty close. It's a bit of a wipe now, but if it's brought to attention I'll try to clean it up. This skin is not perfect!

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
