Included in the download is a 32-page PDF guide. It tells you how to install it, what to do with it, how to troubleshoot it, and it has a lot of other useful information. So please read it to get the most out of this mod. What follows is only a brief overview.

This mod has a long history of development, as it started with GTA IV. GTA V version is a migration and has had many improvements.

describe

VAutodrive (say "Five Autodrive") equips vehicles with autopilot and more. No need to hold down keys for minutes to drive. You can enjoy the view and dinner hands-free.

• Drive/fly to waypoints or tour aimlessly by not setting waypoints.
• Suitable for cars, motorcycles, bikes, boats, helicopters, airplanes, airships, submersibles, footwear and (basically) VTOL aircraft.
• Select any of multiple speed presets with a simple key press and change when autopilot is engaged.
• Fine-tune up and down speed
• Choose from 4 different driving styles, from obeying all traffic rules to being reckless, and change them anytime during the ride.
• Have your character do the driving or get a driver spawned.
• As the driver/pilot takes you to your destination, you can use the Insurgent, Karin Technology, Armored Limo or Valkyrie Helicopter's gun.
• In-game configuration menu for all configurable things, even all keybindings.
• Abandoned vehicle hauler
• Make other drivers run away from you and solve traffic jams
• High-level component software architecture (see code diagram). This is no simple script.
• All key bindings are fully customizable.
• Detailed PDF guide with pictures to get the most out of this mod.

Special note for LSPDFR users: It is best to set the KillEnemies property in the configuration to false, otherwise you may face VAutodrive kill suspects!
