V-core graphics enhancer

Welcome to my GTA V graphics modifications!

Enhancement method:

SMAA, LUMASHARPEN, liftgate gain, hue, vibration, ambient light, HSV, COLORMATRIX. . .

Require:

ENB v0.275 and reshade 1.1.0f1 as well as visual V and NVR.

Version 3.6:

-Updated for VisualV 1.0.350

-dark night

  • Stronger lighting effects

-Changes in color

  • Natural transition between day and night and vice versa.
  • Fixed buildings glowing at night.

-Depth of field is disabled by default

-More subtle changes

Version 3.7:

Hunter Graphics

This version is the result of experimenting with some reshade techniques on my new map, which I will upload in a few hours or tommorow. The map is in a forest and I'm not happy with the visuals. It's too bright and I don't like spending the night in the forest.

I love this new version, it's probably my best yet, in terms of basic graphics, as much as I want to play the game, it reminds me of the 2011 trailer and its exciting atmosphere ^^

But there are a few things I can't fix yet without ruining the visuals I love. If I make any further progress I will of course upload

I hope you enjoy it and please remember that I will try to make it more enjoyable in the future. Be careful because this version is really addictive! Ha ha

Version 3.8:

V CGE is now compatible with NVRs and the latest version of Visual V. You need to have both versions installed or you won't see it on the screen.

Changes to brightness and color. Enjoy.

Version 3.9:

  • Optimize colors by changing the saturation curve

-Image brightness optimization

-A completely new approach to gameplay freedom. (Screen) DOF is activated by default, if you don't like the blurry background, just deactivate it with Numpad9.

-Other minor changes.

Version 4.0:

DPX effects and black and white level optimization.

Images are more balanced and natural than ever.

I don't think I could do better.

This may be the final version.

Enjoy.

Amazing and realistic textures from "Los Angeles Vegetation 2.0". You have to install it for a better, more realistic and more natural view of vegetation around the world. Credit to his hard work.

How to activate degrees of freedom?

Open the McFX file in the reshade folder and change this line

Define using DEPTHOFFIELD 0//[DOF]//

for this

Define the use of depth field 1//[DOF]//-

Deactivate Dof ingame with Numpad 9.

This version of Ingame keeps the brightness at 50%!

Includes previous versions and many other options.

Hope you like it. Let me know what you think of this version in the comments. Thanks

If you want a more balanced and natural graphic modification, then try my new one called TrueVision. TrueVision is the result of what I learned in the past in V CGE. This is its final version. You can download it here:

true vision

Install:

First download and install ENB v0.275 and reshade1.1.0f1 and read the instructions on how to install them.

After that, I dragged all the files from my reshade folder to the reshade folder in the home directory of Gta V where I installed it previously.

Copy the files from the Enb folder in your home directory and replace all files.

If you want it to look like the screenshot, you have to install several HD texture mods.

Recommended Mods:

High-end PC recommended! But if you have a well-configured computer that's not overloaded with all kinds of crapware and a decent power supply, you should be able to play it with this graphics modification installed, at a solid 24 or 30 fps on normal/high settings.

Thanks to everyone involved in one way or another, like the authors of Visual V and many others who created the amazing texture modifications, and of course the people at Open IV, ENB and reshade. Thanks to all the great people and all of you who have supported my reviews from the beginning of the journey, God bless you all. Without them, V CGE would not be possible! ;)

I will do my best to make it more enjoyable in the future. But keep in mind that I have …

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
