This is a rather special vehicle model for GTA V. This is the German minesweeper "Keiler" used by the Bundeswehr.
It doesn't have any assault weapon capabilities, but is used to clear fields and such of mines (duh).
Clearing the device is animated. By default it is collapsed, pressing "h" or right on the controller D-Pad will slowly expand it (no scripting required). Unfortunately, the rotating parts used to explode mines don't work on their own.
All lights are working and you can turn on the orange warning light on top of the vehicle by honking the horn.
To enter a vehicle, it's best to jump on it before entering.
Installation method:
Put the keiler folder under \update\X64\dlcpacks\
Openiv is located at \update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
Then right-click and edit to add the code dlcpacks:\keiler\
Once the installation is complete, you can start playing the game.
