For anyone having issues with GTA V PC Blinkers mod (turnsignals.asi)... I recommend you install ms visual c++ redist 2010, 2012 and 2013 (x86 and x64)... and make sure turnsignals.asi, turnsignals.ini and turnsignals.exe are in the GTA5 installation folder.
