IMPORTANT NOTE: The Bikers DLC breaks some scripthookdotnet functionality that is critical to this script. It is strongly recommended that you update ScriptHookDotNet to the latest version for fixes.
This script also requires NativeUI.

I'm trying to bring street racing to the streets of Los Santos.
Keep in mind that while fully functional, this is WIP and not polish.
Reccomended mods
Realistic Nitro - Required if you want to have nitro like other racers. You can also use Turbosystem V.
Faster AI driver - will greatly improve the experience.
Vehicle Handling V - Can make racing more interesting as each car has more unique handling. For example, FWD cars have stability advantages.
feature
Street racing is scattered around the game world
You bring your own vehicle to the race, there is no vehicle selection
Every race is customizable (opponents, N participants, N+ laps, bonuses, traffic density) to give you the experience you want
Exciting races with smart opponents (AI racers have all kinds of help programmed for them, so they are more capable)
Realistic reward system where each racer contributes towards the final prize
New betting system, if you attend the race as a spectator you can place bets on other racers.
Includes Oponent and Race creators
Plan (cannot promise anything)
Dynamic notifications based on match events
Immersive mode (no menus, flares instead of waypoints, etc.)
More cars, Addon cars
Plan next update
Tune some cars from street category
police
Something about realism
Install
Place the "Street Racing.dll" and "StreetRaces" folders in the "Grand Theft Auto V/scripts" folder. If you don't have this folder, create it.
Once game, go to any so called street game. All available matches will be displayed. There, hit E.
Optional: Race & Oponent Creator
If you wish to create your own race and add new cars/opponents to the script, place the "Street Racing Editor.dll" file in the "Grand Theft Auto/Scripts" folder.
Then, use - to open the Car Saver menu, then + to open the Race Creator menu.
Requires .NET Framework 4.5.2
Visual C ++ 2015

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
