The Merry Weathers island base is located on the left side of GTA World, use the pause menu map to view your side.
- Added happy weather secret island base map.
Plus 68 happy weather NPCs guarding the base.

- Load 400 props to create this base.
- If all the Jolly Weather NPCs are dead then you can simply press "Q" to put them all back to base at any time
