Simple speedometer
In fact, right now I'm writing some basic tutorials for creating GTA V Mods. If you want to know some basics:
-script
-Create vehicle models
-Texture editing
- Process RPF files
You can check out my new blog here:

Donations are welcome and absolutely make me happy, but they are not necessary. Placing a comment or clicking a similar button and following is enough to compensate for my huge efforts in this mode. So if you don't have an account in gta5-mods.com I recommend you to create one and join this great community.
My equipment:
Sony Vaio Intel Core i7 3.4G Turbo, 16 Gb RAM, NVidia GT 740m 2 Gb RAM, Windows 8.1 Pro x64
I'm in a:
The legit steam version has been updated with patch 1.27, and NativeUI, ScriptHookv1.0.678.1, ScriptHookVDotNet-v2.4, and Lua plug-in V 10.1 are installed.
Note:
This mod is a Lua plugin mod and I have not tested it on the latest patch of GTA V (until now 1.33 - my version of the game is 1.27 on Steam). The reason I'm still using ScriptHookVDotNet-v2.4 is that when I installed ScriptHookVDotNet-v.2.7 it would sometimes cause the game to crash if I tried to load the game quickly when rolling back to v.2.4.
This is a very light and simple speedometer model.
It has two units of measurement:
one. km/h
- miles per hour
Press RightControl+O to adjust the position HUD, and press ASDW to adjust.
Note:
- If you install the "i Fuel" mode, this mode will automatically set the position and color theme to match the i Fuel dashboard and it will match nicely.
2.1 kilometers = 1.66 miles, then this mode will show different speeds based on your kph/mph mode.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions
- Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
- There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
- Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
- Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.
Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
