About this mod Machine translation

Note: I know about JobsV. This is my second mod so it may not be a masterpiece like JobsV. I created this mod because JobsV itself is old and overly harsh and I thought it would be nice to spend some time trying to continue Tyler Espo's work. I may not have the time or skills of the author. Please also note that this mod is completely different from JobsV in terms of its functionality and improves upon it in several aspects. This is mainly to get an immersive way to earn money to use in other modes like AITG. More work will be added in future updates.

introduce

This is a very simple working model. Currently, there are 7 jobs available to players. Even though it seems very simple, it's complex and it rewards or punishes your behavior.

feature

Various simple jobs in Los Santos.

Crisp visuals and custom sound effects.

Adjust working hours.

Get promoted or fired.

Automatically save.

Important notes

Being late to work or missing a few days of work can get you fired.

Not working on Saturday or Sunday won't hurt you.

The more you work and the fewer times you are late, the higher your chances of getting promoted.

Press J to get your job details.

You can work more times per day (the second time you work won't penalize you for being late).

If you were fired from your last job, your chances of being re-employed decrease.

If you fail the interview or get fired, you won't be able to apply there for a few days.

Change log

Update 1.1: Added 2 new jobs, Paleto Farm and a Fast Food Restaurant.

Update 1.0.6: Fixed promotion without salary increase.

Installation

Drop everything in to the "scripts" folder.

Install & use Install: follow the bundled instructions

  1. Unzip the archive from playbuff and read the bundled readme / instructions first.
  2. There is no universal mod manager for this game: some mods replace game files directly, some go into a game-specific Mods folder, and some need a game-specific community loader or tool first — follow the bundled readme.
  3. Place the files exactly as the readme says; mods with listed dependencies need those installed too.
  4. Launch the game to confirm it loaded; some games require enabling mods in settings or an in-game mod menu.

Install locations vary a lot between games and mods — the bundled readme is the most reliable guide.
