This script adds a seat belt with sound effects and animation. If you use a seat belt, the character cannot be dragged out of the car, nor can it fly through the windshield if his vehicle hits it at high speed. You can also shuffle the seats. Press the "Up and Down" button and press "VehicleDuck" to switch the seat belt;
Hold "VehicleSubAscend" (tilt the vehicle forward) and press "VehicleExit" to exit the vehicle from the passenger side;
