- OpenIV (download here: http://openiv.com/ and install)
- A vehicle from the above list

- Open OpenIV and click "Edit Mode"
- Download the required vehicles for the template
- Navigate to the file you want to replace
- Double-click the .ytd file of the vehicle you want to replace (e.g. "police.ytd")
- Drag and drop the template into the template list (make sure the template name is the same as the template you want to replace)
- Click "Save" on the bottom right
- Finish
